AC Motors
AC Motors are available in IEC standard frame sizes from 71 to 112 frame, 0.25kW to 5.5kW.
When using single phase AC motors we always recommend a single permanent capacitor design, as these give longer more reliable service. In applications that require high strarting loads such as scissor lifts a Buffer valve can be provided to give “off-load” pump starting. If a “13Amp” supply is to be used then a maximum of 1.5kW power is generally best.
3 phase AC motors are available up to 5.5kW in 112 frame B4 flange designs.
