Central Manifold Housings
Each central hydraulic manifold is precision engineered to contain hydraulic valve cavities which are an industry standard size 3/4″UNF size 8. The screw in cartridge valves can be arranged in various ways to give the following hydraulic functions:-
Pressure Relief valve – standard valve setting up to 315bar
Check Valve – optional here is an auxiliary pressure connection for a gauge or pressure switch
Lowering Valve cavity – This can be fitted with a plug to give a 1/4″BSP pressure or tank port or a solenoid valve which can be normally open or closed. Alternatively a manual lowering valve can be fitted to control the lowering of a load with a lever valve.
