Flow Control Valve Insert
Each hydraulic power pack has a 3/4″UNF industry common size 8 valve cavity which is located between the pressure line and the tank. This valve cavity is commonly used for single acting lifting applications. When these loads are lowered the speed can be controlled by the addition of a flow control insert. This is fitted in the tank return line, and is pressure compensated so the lowering speed should remain consistant as the load changes.
