Hydraulic systems often require directional control valves, pressure relief valves and pilot operated check valves when actuators or hydraulic motors are operated.
Hydraulic system components such as Cetop and cartridge valves are used to form a hydraulic circuit. The advantage of these interchangeable ranges of valves is that they are common throughout the world and can be added to and replaced from most valve manufacturers.
Hydraproducts offer the CETOP03/NG6 and CETOP05/NG10 sizes, as well as a range of suitable valve manifolds, single and multi-station.
Hydraulic systems consisting of:
Solenoid Directional Control Valve, these have a four-landed control spool. Solenoid coils move the spool position in order to change the direction of hydraulic oil flow. Conformimg to CETOP standards they interchange with most manufacturers.
Pressure Relief Valve, these modular valves are sandwiched underneath the solenoid valves. These hydraulic pressure relief valve will open to limit the pressure in the control line. Cartridge Vavle verisons and in-line verisons are also available in line-block format with BSP ports.
Flow Control Valves, common in both in-line and modular versions they are adjusted in order to control the flow rate. The CETOP modular versions can be configured to control flow either way, via the use of a sandwiched seal plate.
Pilot operated check valve, containing pressure in the service ports is a common requirement to prevent hydraulic cylinders from movement.
This range of valves are all capable of flow rates of 60 litres/minute and are rated to a pressure of 320 bar. Strictly adhering to ISO4401-03-02-0-94 and DIN 240 340-A6, so they can be fitted with confidence.
